Hi, I’m Danny. Over the last 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of individuals through some of the most significant transitions of their lives—whether it’s starting a business, moving to a new continent, stepping into, or out of, church leadership, or leading an organizational overhaul.
Helping people navigate these big moments is where I thrive.
Through these coaching experiences, I’ve often pondered what clients could consider before major transitions hit. That’s why I created Gasoline: It’s a set of exercises developed for that time when leaders find themselves in the hurricane of change.

The Details
overview
We’ll meet on Zoom every week for 6 weeks. The first session will be from 7:00-8:30pm Eastern USA time on Wednesday January 7 2026. Followed by sessions on January 14, 21, 28 and February 4 and 11.
session format
Prior to each session, you’ll have a reflection exercise to complete. You’ll bring those reflections with you to each session. Sessions will begin with a short prayer, followed by each person briefly answering the prompt “What’s on your mind?” Then we will dive into the topic for that session.

Deadline for applications is 2 January 2026. Payment is due before the first session. Payment is made by Credit Card, Venmo or Zelle.
