About Us

Our Philosophy and our Coaches

Our coaching philosophy

We believe in each person’s unique purpose and design, and seek to help our client’s live holistically from that grounded identity.

We recognize each client is on a transformational journey, moving toward a renewed state of readiness: for the next job, the next challenge, the next thing.

We partner with our client’s goals, providing the support and accountability necessary to realize actual change and growth in their personal lives, businesses, careers, and relationships.

We embrace a journey mindset. Often, coaching is half about the goal that you have in mind; the other half is about plunging through old beliefs or perspectives, realizing you do have what you need for the next season, and upgrading tools to reach a higher level in a new space.

We are excited to partner with your purposeful journey, as you grow personally and achieve your goals

Our Coaches

Jill Coyle

Jill Coyle

Coach

Jill works as a certified life coach, public speaker, curriculum-writer, coach trainer, and entrepreneur. She has founded numerous companies, served on the boards of NGO’s, and co-pastored a church. Jill believes in people. She believes in people’s inherent value, and strives to uncover that value in every conversation she has.

Jill runs a coaching business, primarily focusing on business coaching and sabbatical coaching with international clients. In business coaching, her sweet spot is working with small business owners who want to grow their business (usually from a $1-2 million dollar company to a $5-10 million dollar company). For sabbatical coaching, having walked through many of her own transitions, she journeys with leaders as they walk through their transitions and sabbaticals. Jill also works part-time in missions coaching, leadership development, and pastoral care.

Jill is half Asian and also a Third Culture Kid. She grew up in rural Wisconsin and moved to Hong Kong as a teenager, where she met her husband-to-be Danny at youth group. She returned to the US for her undergraduate degree (Creative Writing and Literature from Georgia State University, Summa Cum Laude). She also has a certification from the Certified Financial Planning program at James Madison University. She and Danny married and moved to Beijing in 2001. They started a church there together, and also started a few businesses. In 2019, the Coyles moved to Virginia Beach.

Danny Coyle

Danny Coyle

Coach

Danny loves to ask questions. He’s naturally curious about how people are wired and what drives them to excel. He is a certified life-coach, has started a multi-national business, and consulted for various companies and NGO’s.

Danny journeys with many point-leaders around the world, helping them navigate their obstacles.

Danny loves to think through complex and inter-related problems. He calls it ‘multi-layer complexity.’ Many of the leaders that he walks with have influence in multiple spheres at the same time. Danny thrives on helping them define each of those spheres in a way that makes sense, and brings coherency to the problems they are facing.

Danny was born in Plano, Texas and moved to Hong Kong when he was nine. He met Jill in high school, and they returned to the states for their undergraduate degrees. Danny graduated from Georgia Tech with a Civil Engineering degree. After graduating, Danny and Jill moved to Beijing and started a church and multiple businesses there.  Danny also coordinated a pastors network in Beijing. Danny and Jill now live in Virginia Beach with their 2 daughters.
